Terms of Service

By accessing or using this application, requesting services, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the application on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

Jilthan LLC provides onsite IT and network field services and this application to request services, receive quotes, manage work orders, and coordinate technicians and clients. Submitting a service request or quote request does not by itself create a binding contract. A request becomes work only after Jilthan reviews and confirms it; requests are not automatically converted into active work orders.

• Provide accurate, current information and keep your account details up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected security issue.
• Use the application only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Your use of the application is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits, among other things, unauthorized access, interference with the service, and misuse of other users’ data. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may change once work is scoped on site. Scheduling depends on availability. Any specific service commitments, pricing, and warranties will be set out in a separate agreement or work order between you and Jilthan.

The application, its content, and Jilthan’s branding are owned by Jilthan LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as permitted. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant Jilthan the rights needed to operate the service and deliver your work.

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take reasonable measures to keep it secure and reliable, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, and we make no guarantee that it cannot be compromised. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jilthan disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jilthan LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Jilthan LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the application or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the application, or create risk for others. You may stop using the application at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless a separate signed agreement provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date and version above. Continued use after an update means you accept the current terms.
