Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using the Jilthan LLC application. It applies to everyone — visitors, clients, technicians, and staff.

1. Purpose
This policy protects the application, its users, and their data. By using the application you agree to follow it. It supplements, and is part of, our Terms of Service.
2. You must not
- Access, or try to access, accounts, data, files, or areas that do not belong to you or that your role does not permit.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or probe authentication, authorization, rate limiting, or other security controls.
- Introduce malware, or attempt to interfere with, overload, or disrupt the application or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data, or use automated tools against the application without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the application or its content except as expressly allowed by law.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content, or content you do not have the right to share.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person or organization.
- Use the application to harass others or to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Use the application in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
3. Data you handle
If your role gives you access to other people’s information (for example, technicians viewing job details or staff managing records), you must use that information only to perform your assigned work, keep it confidential, and not copy, share, or retain it beyond what your role requires.
4. Reporting security issues
If you discover a vulnerability or suspect a security or privacy problem, please stop, do not exploit or share it, and report it to us promptly using the contact details below. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will not pursue good-faith researchers who follow this policy.
5. Consequences of violations
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, preserve and review relevant logs, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Sensitive actions in the application are recorded in an audit log.
